Requiem for a Seabird Song

My love you are a seabird song
Solitary though not,
Flying up above
With a storm of banned words
Well away

A solitary seabird sound,
I hear your fear of life and breath
of sense and death
Holding back from that fog
Blunt and bold
Resembling a frontier vagueness

My love

The sea entreated my deity
To drop me off your sea
To walk off and float
in the faraway lands of dim logic
and cloudy orb

My love

I wrote you a letter of love
to ask you get well soon
Recover from my flu
but then my flu has got a failing flu
and in those Ice floes which I adore
it flew!
